Head of Operations

Job description

To ensure that the whole team, both old and new members, can keep up with the growth of the company, we need a Head of Operations to keep an overview, structure processes, implement operational tools and who makes sure that clear goals are set and strived for. This person needs to have work experience in scale ups and should be able to identify the company culture, formalise it and make sure it’s lived by.  You have  experience in the legal field so he/she would be able to take care of certifications and contracts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Setup operational procedure around the sales and support process 
  • Structure on-boarding of new clients, partners and or employees
  • Guard company culture
  • Manage and set company budget in cooperation with the CEO
  • Setup organise compliance
  • Manage and guard existing contracts with clients, partners and vendors

Requirements

  • Affinity with IT
  • A legal background
  • Knowledgable about contracts and compliance
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
