Partner / Channel Manager

Job description

As our partner manager your goal is to onboard new partners and manage current partners and their pipeline.




  • Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota
  • Developing and maintaining partner and prospective partner relationships 
  • Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners
  • Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff - onboarding sessions
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Support to create compelling partner material
  • Help create a strong Partner program to help keep Surfly top of mind
  • Ability to use analytical skills to analyse KPIs to determine the health of a channel partner relationship

  • 5+ years of experience in channel/partner management
  • Experience in software and/or web technology companies 
  • Ideally, you will possess vendor-side Call/ Contact Center experience with associated technologies (ie. Cisco, Enghouse, Avaya, Genesys, NICE InContact)
  • Specific vertical experience including insurance, financial services, tech, telco, BPO
  • Fast growth, startup experience strongly preferred
  • Experience analysing data and insights with an understanding of the role they play in developing and measuring effective partnerships programs
  • Ability to influence partners and alliances with our thought leadership and drive product sales
  • Knowledge of the global tech landscape, solutions, go-to-markets and contact center 
  • You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who loves to work in a diverse and international team
  • Language skills welcome (German, French, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish)
