Surfly is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build and take ownership of our martech stack. You will be responsible for the systems, tools and processes that are central to the effective running of the team to drive the business forward.
Excellent communication skills, organizational behavior, acute attention to detail, and professional follow-through are critical to the success of this position. You will assist in developing scalable processes for building data-driven and automated marketing campaigns. You are expected to be knowledgeable of and apply industry-best practices for marketing analysis as well as tracking and managing database performance.
Own, manage and maintain the Marketing technology stack and third party technology vendors, including Pardot and Salesforce.
Audit our freshly implemented Pardot instance and turn it into a best-in-class marketing automation system.
Work closely with Sales to create processes that ensure no lead gets left behind, from building scoring models to establishing SLAs for follow-up.
Manage database hygiene, undertaking frequent data cleansing and proactively looking for new and innovative ways to maintain the data and enrich it further.
Own and create all Pardot campaigns, ensuring campaigns meet standard processes and quality standards.
Monitor, measure and analyse the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, accurately building lead forecast models, analyzing conversion rates and making recommendations on where to best invest our marketing budget.
Be the technical point of contact in the team for any Salesforce or systems requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and optimize pipeline performance.
Ensure data compliance to GDPR, CCPA and other standards.

5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations/Marketing Automation in a B2B SaaS environment
3+ years of experience with Pardot administration and Salesforce usage is a must
Experience with ABM platforms (6Sense, Demandbase, etc.) and Outreach is a plus
Hands-on problem solver with a proven technical background to identify and solve sophisticated business problems
Strong project management skills and expertise designing and implementing process improvements
Ability to translate and communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical, business terms for various stakeholders
Strong understanding of data models, particularly for pipeline and attribution reporting. Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus
Self-starter, with an ability to work effectively and balance multiple projects at the same time while navigating changing priorities
Passionate about marketing technology and supporting data-driven marketing & innovation
Ability to manage stakeholders across a variety of disciplines and levels of seniority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a global organization is a plus
