Who we are looking for:

Surfly is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and take ownership of our most important resource: our people! As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist at Surfly, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing the talented individuals who apply to Surfly and fuel our next phase of growth by getting candidates excited about the prospect of joining us. Excellent communication skills, hands-on mentality, and drive to make things happen are critical to the success of this position.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for building a pipeline of talented candidates for commercial and engineering roles at Surfly and conducting all screening interviews
  • Manage and optimize the end to end recruitment processes externally and internally
  • Work alongside Hiring Managers to understand gaps in their team and help shape vacancies, proactively identify hiring needs in line with our headcount forecast
  • Manage job posts and market them on various online platforms
  • Proactively source talent for Surfly by networking, headhunting and getting referrals
  • Manage the offer, onboarding and new starter process
  • Build a strong network of agencies that help attract engineering talent
  • Track recruitment and keep up to date records of activity on candidate tracking system and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities and processed

Requirements

  • Passionate about people and recruitment in tech
  • Eager to source and engage with talents across the world
  • Able to spark enthusiasm with our candidates
  • Looking to take ownership of our headcount growth and work alongside team leads to make that happen
  • Hands-on recruiter with a minimum of 3 year’s experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with start-up or scale-up hiring (Series A or B start-up) is preferred
